MAKASSAR - Every organization certainly needs a Leader. The question is what exactly does Leadership mean? Leadership is the ability to influence the behavior of other people or groups of people, so that the behavior becomes a strong driver of a positive behavior to achieve common goals.
 
Considering the importance of leadership qualities that should be possessed by every Leader to be able to achieve the company's goals, then PT Comextra Majora conducts Technical Guidance on "Optimizing the Self Actualization against the Company's Business Process through Understanding of Tasks and Responsibilities as a Superior".
 
The speaker in this activity was H. M. Noor Muhandisuddin, SE MM CHRP CIRM CPM, a practitioner of Human Resources from Lembaga Indonesia Mengajar Consultant. 
Participants who take part in this activity are from supervisors to managers and also involve several staff who has the potential as prospective leader. Materials that were shared in this activity include how to create leader, fundamental of leadership, how to prepare for a leadership role, tasks and responsibilities of a leader and supporting elements to improve leadership quality.
 
With the implementation of this training, it is expected that all participants can take role as a leader who can guarantees that all activities in each division runs according to existing provisions and can create future leaders.
 
The success of a leader is not determined by how great the results of his work, but how great a leader educates his subordinates to become a leader.
