100% cocoa waste. Small flat beans, pieces of shell, dust, dried cocoa pulp, dried cocoa placenta, small amount of nibs, and all non-cocoa materials. Physical characteristic dark brown color. It can be mixed for animal feed. The other usage is for small confectionery industry by take the fat content through extraction process.
