Job Requirements:

1. Maximum 38 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Law or Phsycology from reputable University
3. Have at least more than 5 years experience in the similar position
4. Good understanding of Labor Regulation, BPJS and Industrial Relation
5. Good knowledge of HR System, Compensation & Payroll
6. Having experience in providing job description, performance appraisal, and people development
7. Strengthening the internal control process in the Organization
8. Having good interpersonal & Communication Skill
9. Strong in English communication
